Payment Policy: Payable in USD. Stillwaters Chalets accepts Visa, MC, check or money order. A 50% reservation fee is required to book your dates. This must be received within 10 days of your call or email. The remainder of your payment is due on or before checkin on the date you arrive.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $50 + one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: Skyline is not a pet-friendly suite. Please read our pet policy on our website. Due to bears and other wild animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured. Garbage is picked up regularly. Absolutely no smoking in units. Smoking is permitted on the deck or patio. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Parking is limited, so additional guests may not park in front of chalets. Please ask management for advice on where your visitors may park. In consideration of other guests we require a quiet time after 10pm. We ask guests to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb their neighbor's peaceful enjoyment of the premises. On Departure: *All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. * The kitchen should be clean dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. * The thermostat should be turned to 65 degrees. *All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. *Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. *Please lock all windows and doors. * Leave keys on kitchen table.
