Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

In Season (May-Sep) & Holidays:$795/week (6 nights) .. $1430/2 weeks (13 nights) .. $2700/month (27 nights).

Off Season (Oct-Apr):$715/week (6 nights) .. $1300/2 weeks (13 nights) .. $2565/month (27 nights).

$100 Cleaning Fee.

$250 Refundable Security.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $250. No refunds for cancellations less than 31 days prior to arrival.

Rules: Small dogs may be considered and a minimum pet deposit of $100 will be required to assure no pet waste, shedding or other degradation of the property occurs. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted outside the house on the lower deck area. Proper disposal of tobbaco waste is required. Complete house rules and departure check list will be posted in the house on the refridgerator.
