Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

Personal checks, paypal, bank checks, money orders all accepted. Out of USA,prefer: :"International Swift Code" ( wire transfer from your own bank ( numbers and instuctions included with lease agreement provided by owner upon reservation )
 
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit given with notice of canceellation at least 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund also given if able to re-rent before arrival date due to cancellation.
 
Rules: A refundable $500.00 security deposit is required with reservation. A non-refundable $75.00 cleaning / laundry fee is charged with each reservation. The condo is expected to be left in the condition it was received.
