Payment Policy: US Dollar or credit card. 50% of total rental expected at time of reservation. Deposit is non-refundable but stay can be changed to a future available date within 72 hours notice.
 
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable but can be changed within 72 hours of reservation to another available date.
 
Rules: No loud activity while in the Greer area. Which may include ATV's, loud music, screaming and hollering. Fire restrictions when they apply.
