Payment Policy:
Call me anytime for the most prompt response to reserve your dates! SUMMER RATES: Nightly-$275, Weekly-$1600, Monthly-$3400. (3 night minimum - March-October) WINTER RATES: Nightly-$250, Weekly-$1350, Monthly-$2600 (2 night minimum - November-February). HOLIDAY RATES-$350/night. Holidays include Memorial, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and some special event weekends. Note: monthly rates do not include utilites. CLEANING FEE-$125. Early check-in and late check-out (5:00 PM) available for an additional $75. ($100 on holidays) when available. Refundable $500 damage deposit is required ($1000 on holiday weekends) and will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, etc. You will be charged for
excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and
garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You
will be charged for damage done to the home beyond normal
wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the
house rules.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Personal checks, cashiers checks and
money orders are accepted forms of payment. Sorry, no
credit cards. Rates are quoted in US Dollar.
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
