Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. 1.8% Phoenix Rental Tax will be applied to the total amount of the rental. CLEANING FEE: A one-time cleaning fee of $100. will be charged. 50% Deposit Required to Reserve; Balance due 30 days before Check-in. Condo Association restricts rentals to a 3-month minimum.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: Smoking is not permitted at any time in the condo. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking is also not permitted in common areas due to condo regulations. NO PETS ALLOWED unless first cleared by the owners in writing. If an animal is allowed, an extra cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged. Condo rules prohibit any animals larger than 30 pounds.
