	Payment Policy: Special not applicable for Thanksgiving week All rates in US Dollars. Week of Christmas is $950.00. A refundable deposit of $400 is required to reserve the townhouse. The remaining balance is due one month prior to occupancy. Cleaning Fee: A one-week stays requires $95 cleaning fee; longer stays may require an additional fee. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, and Bank-drafted Cashiers Checks.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than one month prior to occupancy will forfeit deposit.
	Rules: Pets: No animal or pet of any kind shall be kept on or about the premises. If found this will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit. Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit at any time. If found will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit.
