Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

Monthly rate:-$1800 1st month,$1600 2nd month.
Weekly rate: $825 1st week, $700 2nd week.
Daily rate: $130 2 night minimum, $100 after 1st week.
$150 due upon reservation. Returned after you leave upon inspection. Will be fully refunded if more than a month away. Cleaning fee: $60.

 
Cancellation Policy: Cancel with more than a month away, you get back your deposit. Cancel within a month, you get back your rental fees and I keep the deposit.
 
Rules: Absolutely no smoking. Dogs with permission of owner only.
 
Check In Time: 4pm
Check Out Time: 10am
