Payment Policy: US FUNDS. MC,VISA, American Express accepted. 50% non refundable Deposit required to hold your reservation.
 
Cancellation Policy: Money refunded for cancellations 60 days in advance.

  MAID SERVICE :
  Cleaning fee is $100 for the first 2 BR's and $50 per addtional bedroom and/or Hideabed. If all 3 sleeping areas downstairs are used, the maximum to clean up and remove any garbage would be $250 for 10 people. It takes my 2 cleaning people 5 hours to wash & dry 5 sets of linens and all of the towels, plus clean up the house, the view decks and windows. You'll find the home immaculate!
