Payment Policy: All funds must be received 30 days before arrival. There is a $100. refundable security deposit, held or authorized on credit card and released when apartment is left in order. Cleaning fee is $45. For bookings more than 3 months in advance we need security deposit of $100.00 PLUS 25% of rental amount to hold dates. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 45 days or more before arrival date, receive a complete refund, minus $150 cancellation fee. Less than 45 days to arrival cancellations, $125 cancel fee and any credit card and Paypal service chargeswill be deducted, guest will forfeit rental fees paid unless facilities can be rebooked for the same period of time.
