Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 45 days before check-in, your security deposit will be returned, minus $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 45 days before check-in, $500 security deposit and $125.00 cleaning fee will be refunded, but guest will forfeit rental fees paid unless facilities can be rebooked for the same period of time.
