	Payment Policy: Rate are in US dolars. Reservations secured with 50% deposit charged through Paypal. The 4% Paypal fee will be added to your total. Balance due apon arrival in cash or charge again. Security deposit of $1000 collected at arrival and returned at departure so long as no damage has occurred.
	Cancellation Policy: 100% cancellation refund if more than 2 months in advance. 75% refund 60 to 30 days in advance of reservation date. 50% refund if less than 30 days in advance.
	Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking allowed on balcony only - no smoking inside condo.
	Check In Time: Flexible Check Out Time: Flexible Time Zone: Pacific

MAID SERVICE :

Maid service is not offered. The home will be clean when you arrive. It will be cleaned after your departure. If you need additional maid service please inquire.
