Payment Policy: Rates in US Dollars.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted, 50% downpayment, remainder due 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 90 days or more before the reserved date will be refunded in full minus a $50. servicing fee. Cancellations made 31 to 89 days before the reserved date will be refunded minus the cost of one night's stay. Cancellations made 30 or fewer days before the reserved date will not be refunded.

Rules: A small well behaved dog is allowed with the owners' permission and with a security deposit of $100. refundable upon inspection for damage and cleaning of the home. Absolutely no cats are allowed under any circumstances due to widespread allergic reactions to cats.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Our home is on a quiet one way street with close neighbors on both sides and we ask that you respect their right to a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please use the hot tub only between the hours of 10:00 am and 10:00 pm. No parties are permitted. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property On departure: All furniture should be in the same place as on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and the refrigerator cleaned out. Thermostat should be turned off. All trash and recycling should be bagged and placed in the proper containers next to the carport. Check under all beds and furniture for clothing, toys and other personal items. Please close all shades and blinds and lock all doors and windows. Make sure keys are back in the lockboxes.
