	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. $175.00 Security Deposit and a $50.00 Security Deposit for pets required at time of reservation. $ 75.00 fee for taxes, sanitizing and electric. $ 5.00 per night for pets.
	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation twenty-one (21) days or more before your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation eight to twenty (8-20) days 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within seven (7) daysof your arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit. No refunds for early departure.
