All Payments should be made in US Dollars
Reservation fee of $500 applies to rent and is due with the Application. Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival. Additional costs: $125 Cleaning Fee ($150 on stays of 1 month or longer), 9% County Bed Tax (no tax on stays of 30 days or longer)and $250 refundable Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival, you will be charged the total amount of the Resevation Fee. There are no refunds for rent if the cancellations occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival. If the property re-rents without any lost days, there will be a full rent refund but $50 will be deducted from your Security Deposit for time and paperwork. Travel insurance is advised.
