POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars. GENERAL TERMS Rental/Security Deposit is 25% of full rental agreement. Agreement is prepared upon receipt of Reservation Fee and Security Deposit. Full amount of rental and deposits are due 30 days prior to arrival by personal check or money order, including Refundable Pet Deposit.
	Cancellation Policy: A cancellation charge of 50% of the Reservation Deposit will be assessed if reservations are canceled between 90 days and 31 days prior to scheduled arrival. If reservations are canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of Rental Monies Deposit will be assessed, unless lessor can replace the reservation. All other cancellations will be a $50.00 fee. The lessee shall indemnify owner for any damage to the unit, grounds, furnishings and household items, therein, caused by lessee or lessees invited guests during the lessee’s period of occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Lessee understands that any damages which are discovered to exist, or which occur during the lessees’ occupancy should be reported at the earliest possible time to Sue Freeman.
	Rules: No Daily maid service. The home is fully equipped with linens, all kitchen equipment and a laundry room with washer and dryer. It will be cleaned before arrival and will be cleaned after departure, at lessee’s expense.
