Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.

$50/week per additional person (child or adult) maximum of 8 people.
We require a Cleaning and Security Deposit of $250.00 which is fully refundable provided you leave our home as you found it. We will make the beds & vacuum the stairs.
Your total reservation deposit is 50% of your rent.
C&S plus city tax plus the balance of your rent is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Once reserved there is a $100.00 cancellation fee, 45 to 15 days before your reserved time it will cost you $100 to reschedule or $200.00 to cancel,Within 15 days there are no refunds except for special circumstances.
