POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars. We accept credit card, personal checks, cashier checks or money orders. Spring & Fall:- $1000-$1500/week. Summer or Holidays .. $2000/week. $500 Deposit to Reserve Condo; $130 Cleaning Fee. Check-In time is 3:00pm; Check-Out time is 11:00am; Saturday to Saturday. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival date - full refund of $500 deposit Cancellations between 45 and 90 days prior to arrival date - $500 deposit retained. If unit is rented to new customer, deposit will be refunded less $100 transaction fee. Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival date - $1000 cancellation fee shall apply unless unit is rented to new customer. If unit is rented to a new customer, only $100 transaction fee will apply.
	Rules: Have fun at the beach! No smoking No pets
	Check In Time: 3:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM Time Zone: Pacific

Maid service is provided prior to arrival. Additional service may be requested during your stay with the Owner. Fees may apply.
