Rules:
RENTER IS TO KEEP PROPERTY IN A WELL MAINTAINED CONDITION during occupancy. Property owners are NOT responsible for injury or loss to Rentor/s or Rentor/s’ guests or for Rentor/s’ personal property. Rentor/s are responsible for any damage or loss to the rental property. Rentor/s shall immediately inform the owners upon learning of any hazardous conditions. Children are NEVER to be left unattended, either in the house or on the grounds of the property. Doing so becomes the liability solely of the Rentor/s, and owner or Agent assumes no liability for parental controls.
THE HOME IS SET UP FOR VACATION OCCUPANCY. Sheets and towels are provided. Kitchenware, dishware, glassware, appliances, etc. are also provided and in working order. Rentor/s’ cleaning and laundry fees cover normal rental use. If property is left excessively dirty or disarrayed, Rentor/s may be assessed an additional surcharge deducted from their security deposit.
IN KEEPING WITH THE SERENE NATURE OF THE AREA, Rentor/s shall be respectful of the neighborhood community of Redwood Drive. Neighborhood covenants prohibit excessive noise, playing loud music, etc. after 9:00pm on weekdays and after 11:00pm on weekends. Violation of these rules may result in legal fees for the owners and the subsequent forfeiture of renter’s security deposit. Rentor/s further agree to bear any and all legal fees, fines, etc. incurred by such violations and understands that rental may be terminated immediately by owners or agents without any monies refunded.
