Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

All Rental fees are due 60 days prior to arrival. Rates are based on 6 person occupancy.
Additional guest $100.
$450 Security/reservation/cleaning deposit ($150 cleaning fee deducted)to confirm reservation. $300 refunded to you two weeks after your visit.

Cancellation Policy: Full lease amount minus a $150 cancellation fee will be refunded up to 60 days prior to occupancy. No refunds will be made after this time. However if landlord finds replacement tenants, tenant shall promptly receive a pro-rated refund minus the $150 cancellation fee, based on the days leased to new tenant. A serious effort will be made to lease cancelled space
