Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
9% tax.There is an additional fee of $10 per night per pet.
A signed pet policy agreement is required prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 14 days of your arrival, your credit card will be charged the full amount unless the Cottage can be rebooked. A credit card is necessary to confirm the reservation.

Smoking is not allowed in the Monroe Cottage, Pet Friendly.
