Cancellation Policy:
You have a confirmed rental only after you return your signed and initialed authorization form. We do not hold dates open or pencil you in based on your phone call. Upon receipt of your signed rental authorization form, we charge your full rental amount.
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the vacancy. Rentals for major holidays are not refundable under any circumstances. All cancelled reservations incur a $50 cancellation fee. Non-holiday cancellation less than sixty (60) days before arrival date will incur a charge of fifty-percent (50%) of the total rental. Cancellation less than thirty (30) days before arrival date will result in no refund. After arrival, no refunds or credits will be made for early departure, regardless of the reason. We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, highway closures, natural disasters, or illness. We strongly suggest you purchase trip insurance to protect yourself against unplanned events.
