Rules: NO SMOKING in the house. No toys with wheels in the house. No pets allowed on furniture. Pets must not be allowed to poop in the yard or go to the toilet in the yard and must not be left in the house alone all day. No drugs or excessive alcohol allowed at all and plastic cups, plates etc to be used out side in the pool area. No trash is allowed to pile up in the house, so empty tash and put in the outside containers. Respect the house and the furniture.
