Payment Policy: Visa, Mastercard, Money Order (USD) accepted. Security deposit required to hold reservation, will use as damage deposit upon arrival. $95 cleaning fee charged upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: >60 days - security deposit will be returned, <30 days - forfit of security deposit. Between 30 to 60 days there will be a $50 charge. First day rental - NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON, No credit for shortened stays - late arrival or ealry departure.

Rules: A damage deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. No smoking or pets inside unit. Smoking permitted on patio with butts to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on property or subject to a $50 fine.
