Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.

$855/weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday - not including Holidays).
$855/ 4 nights (4 day stay during week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday not including Holidays).
For holiday rates, please add 30% to the regular rate.
Exceptions can be made for mid week stays, pending availability.
$400 Deposit will be refunded provided house is left in great shape like you found it!.
$120 Prep and cleaning charge not refunded.
Amenities included; such as shampoo, cleaning supplies Special toiletries can be purchased.
Firewood provided.
$60 for 2 hours Maid service available. Pets will be concidered on a case by case basis with a fee of 25 dollars per night non refundable.

Rules: Cigarettes are to be smoked outside and extinguished properly as to protect our lake and home.
