	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please call or email for special discounts. Pets must be preapproved by Owner. Pet fee is $600 deposit and $20 per day.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival or for early termination of stay. Travel Insurance is advised.
