	Payment Policy: US currency only. Credit Card, for deposit, one night and balance charged 30 days prior to arrival to account on file.
	Cancellation Policy: No refunds within 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds apply to those cancellations made 60 days prior.
	Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking permitted outside landing. $100 fee charged for smoking in unit.
	Check In Time: 4 pm Check Out Time: 11 am Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Fresh Linens, provided upon arrival. All bath and beach towels provided. Unit cleaned and linen's changed weekly for monthly bookings. Cleaning fee applies to weekly stays $100
