Payment Policy:
All rates are in US funds
2007: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's rates are: $625 per night; $3750 per week
2008: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's rates are:
$700 per night; $4250 per week
Summer: 1 week minimum during June, July and August.
Monthly: calculated on a 4 week period
ADDITIONALS: Refundable Security Deposit $1500; Cleaning fee $250.
This is a non-smoking home. No pets allowed. A booking fee of $250 will be taken at time of reservation which is used towards the cleaning fee. Balance is due 90 days before arrival. 3 night minimum stay.
