| POLICIES : |
| |
Payment Policy:
USD. Check or cash no credit cards. $400 security/cleaning deposit to hold reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to scheduled vacation date.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled more than 60 days then $150 cancellation fee. If cancelled with less than 60 days notice then $150 cancellation fee if owner can rerent for the same rental rate, otherwise deposit nonrefundable.

Rules:
No pets. No smoking inside the beach house. Only burn natural wood in fireplace. Portable barbecue to be moved to lawn when in use and stored along side house when not in use. Trash pick up on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please put city automated trash bins out in alley before 8:00 am and moved back to storage area. If vacationer waits until Saturday morning there is no room in trash bins for next vacationers until following Wednesday.

There is no maid service. If vacationers are staying longer than 2 weeks then they will be referred to a cleaning service.
