Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

All rentals require a security deposit at the time of booking. The security deposit is $250 and is due within 1 week of your booking to hold your reservation. This deposit is distinct from charges for rent, tax, and cleaning (see Rate Information). The security deposit will be returned to you within 5 – 10 days if the keys are returned to the lockbox, the condo is left in "as you walked in" condition, and you comply with all policies.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations MUST be in WRITING and may be delivered by mail, email, or fax. Either party may cancel the rental up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is a $75 administrative fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
