Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.

NOV. SPECIAL:- $250 per night
Sept.:- $1500 to $2000/Weekly, $1100 to $1400/Four Nights
Oct. to Jan.:- $1300 to $1600/Weekly, $1000 to $1200/Four Nights
Feb. to May:- $1500 to $2000/Weekly, $1200 to $1400/Four Nights
June:- $2300/Weekly (1 week min. stay is required)
July:- $2600/Weekly (2 week min. stay is required)
August:- $25/2600 (week min.)
Plus tax of 10.5% is applicable
There is also a $500 refundable security deposit required at the time the reservation is made. This deposit will hold your reservation. Payment in full is due April 1st for summer months or 60 days prior to arival.
 
Cancellation Policy: No refunds if unable to rerent.
