	Payment Policy: Personal Check or Money Order is acceptable . if check is returned due to owner then tenant is subject to cancellation.
	Cancellation Policy: No Cancellation Fee as long as it is at least 60 days prior to occupancy . Absolutely No Refunds given if client cancels after the 60 days mark ( 60 day prior to occupancy ) Owner has the right to cancel reservation as long as it is 45 days within time of occupancy owner must compensate tenant 20 percent for cancellation ,
