	Payment Policy: Rates are for weekly only, Saturday to Saturday. On all rates there is a 10.5% City tax and Cleaning fee of $50. Security/Damage deposit of $300, due at the time of booking. Deposit will be refunded if no damaged to the property. Full rates are due at the time of booking or 60 days prior to your stay.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 60 days before check-in; Cancellations made before balance is paid are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. After 60 days before check in; Refund are dependent on are ability to re-rent the unit.
	Rules: We expect that you keep the noise level down and are considerate of all neighbors. We ask that you leave the accommodations neat, including placing all dirty dishes in the dish washer. Place all use linens and towels in the bathtub and remove the trash. Minimum Stay: 1 week Sat.to Sat.
	Check In Time: 04.00 PM Check Out Time: 10.00 AM Time Zone: Eastern
