	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. Weekly $1500 minimum 7 days $850 fo3 day weekend- minimum stay is 3 days A $500 deposit must be received within 7 days of booking. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if reservation is cancelled 21 days prior to arrival. Holidays require a 30 day notice of cancellation. Cancel less than 21/30 days and your full deposit will be withheld unless unit is rebooked. If unit is rebooked the $100 cancellation fee applies. There are no exceptions for weather or road conditions.
	Rules: Pets are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in deposit forfeiture. Dishes should be washed, turn off the heater and lock all doors and windows prior to departure.
