	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Half rent due at reservation, balance due month prior. There is a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $1500. deposit which is refundable if everythng is left in order.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a month in advance. No refunds after this time.
	Rules: No pets, no smoking
	Check In Time: 2 pm Check Out Time: 11 am Time Zone: Pacific

We can arrange for cleaning service during a stay. However, the payment would be made directly to the service.
