  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: All rates must be made in US Dollars. June 1st to August 31st - $1950.00 Weekly ;
September 1st to May 31st - $1100.00 Weekly / $3100.00 Monthly;
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter - $1950.00 Weekly.
$500.00 security deposit required with faxed rental agreement to hold the unit. All other charges required to be paid in full (funds received) 30 days prior to the first day of occupancy.
$125.00 cleaning fee and a 10% city occupancy tax are in addition to the weekly rental amount.
Rentals of 30 days or more are exempt from the city tax. The cleaning fee is charged every two weeks for monthly rentals.
 
Rules: Smoking permitted only on the balcony and patio. No pets, please (by governing covenants).
