POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500.00 IS REQUESTED 15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING IS MADE. THIS IS REFUNDABLE plus $125.00 non refundable cleaning fee.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 50. For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrivalon 1 month stay contract is a fee of $225.00 OR the entire deposit of $500.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Telephones:Local & long distanc calls are free. Owners Closet: Here is a sample rule. The locked Master bedroom closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful.
