	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Monthly Guests to Pay Gas & Elec directly. All other Fees are paid by Owner. Utilites Weekly pay $ 175. to heat Pool/Spa & Daily $45/day. Rental on Daily Basis is a Minimum of 2 days. DEPOSITS: $ 1,500. CLEANING FEE: $ 150. Cleaning Fee. Payment in full 60 days prior to arrival date
	Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to rental period & Owner is unable to rent hom for entire rental period, than a 50% cancellation fee applies to total rental fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days and Owner is unable to rent hom than a 100% cancellation fee applies to total rental fees. If Home is rented for a portion of the time cancelled, Owner agrees to prorate that amount for Guest that Canceled.
