	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: 1.Full paymenr due 60 days prios to occupancy 2.No fefund of deposit if cancelled after 60 days prios to occupancy 3.One half of deposit ($250.00) refunded if cancelled between 60 and 90 days prior to occupancy
