	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars; Deposits: 25% Down payment to lock in reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival Fees & Taxes: $500 Cleaning and Security Deposit, of which $400 is refundable. $250/Mo. Cap on utilities 10% Transient Occupancy Tax
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
