	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. Standard Rental Fees, in addition to rent: 11.5% Palm Springs City Tax. Optional pool heating available @ $49 per day, $250 week. 1 time departure cleaning fee $325.00 Month + reservations pay actual usage of gas & electric. As of 7/1/08 a $69.00 damage waiver fee is required.
	Cancellation Policy: our cancellation policy is consistent with that of our property manager, Vacation Palm Springs. (760)778-7832.
	Rules: Discount Rules: You can get a 10% discount for one of the following (multiple discounts do not apply): 1. 10% Flexibility Discount: Official rental calendar booked for some or all of your original inquiry date(s), you book alternate dates. 2. 10% Repeat Business Discount: 10% off your 2nd, 3rd visit 3. 10% Referral: Refer another group, get 10% off your next visit.
