	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Summer & Holidays (May 1-Sept 29) $225.00 per night $1,200.00 per week $2800.00 per month.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled reservation date result in the loss of Entire Rent and Security Deposit. Rental Agreement to be signed by renter.
	Rules: $300.00 Reservation/Security Deposit required, ($500.00 for stays of 1 week or more and $1000.00 for a month or more) to secure the reservation. Balance of Rent and Cleaning Fee due no less than 30 days before arrival. Short notice arrival may be arranged.
	Check In Time: 2 PM Check Out Time: 11 AM Time Zone: Pacific
