Payment Policy: $1000 deposit required at time of booking. Remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years). $500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. Additional deposit for heating of the pool and spa.

Cancellation Policy: 5% penalty if cancelled 90+ days prior to arrival 30% penalty if cancelled 60-89 days prior to arrival 45% penalty if cancelled 31-59 days prior to arrival No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival if home is not re-rented. If home is re-rented for the reserved period, all monies will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee.

Rules: Absolutely No Pets Allowed! Rule Breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Garbage: Garbage pick-up is on Monday morning. Please place garbage cans by the curb. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately. Please keep doors and or screens closed at all times we are in the country. We are not responsible for any unexpected critters due to leave doors and windows wide open. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! Fireplace: Open the flue before lighting the fire. Close the flue when fire is out. The locked garage closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties or music after 10:00 pm. You will lose the entire damage deposit if the sheriff is called and comes to the property for any disturbance. Please supply us with a typed list of all guests so we can give it to the Security guards at the guard shack. This is a guarded gated community.
