Transient Occupancy Tax applied by City of San Diego is 10.5%
Deposit + 1/4 rent due on reservation and balance due 30 days prior to arrival
June-August: $2400-2800/week

September-May: $1400-1700/week or $200-$300/night

 
Rules:
Smoking permitted on roof top deck and porch.
