POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Payment due 60 days in advance of move in date. Maid service of $80.00 will be added to the rate plus a $300 fully refundable security deposit. Check or money order accepte. Credit cards also accepted.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: Non Smoking Unit Only.
	Check In Time: 3:00 PM Check Out Time: 12:00PM Time Zone: Pacific
