	Payment Policy: Rates quoted in U.S. dollars, Deposit due within 7 days of booking, Complete payment due 30 days before arrival, and possession.
	Cancellation Policy: 60 day cancellation policy prior to arrival. Half of deposit is retained by Sunset Towers. Full return of total rent is granted. Less than 60 days all deposit and Rent is non-refundable.
	Rules: There is a no tolerance rule in Ocean Beach against loud noise, and disturbances. Please refer to written contract from Sunset Towers for complete detail on rules.
	Check In Time: 4pm Check Out Time: 10am Time Zone: Pacific
