POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. Rent plus a $750 security deposit. The deposit holds your dates. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. I'll take a $195 cleaning fee out of the deposit and return the balance within five days of your departure.
	Cancellation Policy: You can cancel any time prior to sixty days before your stay and I\'ll refund your deposit. The balance is due at that time. If something comes up within the sixty day period, if I am able to rent your days, I will return all your funds. If I am unable to rent the days, I will return half of the rent and all of your deposit. That way we both bear the burden and neither of us get hurt too badly.
	Rules: No smoking. No pets. No gatherings greater than eight people. Sleeping for no more than six. All outside activities curtailed by 10 PM.
