	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars One Couple $185/night/couple – weekdays/non-holiday $250/night/couple – weekends/holidays $1,000 to $1,300/week More than 2 guests $335/night– weekdays/non-holiday $450/night– weekends/holidays 1,700 to $2,000/week Winter: One Couple $175/night/couple – weekdays/non-holiday $200/night/couple – weekends/holidays More than 2 guests $325/night– weekdays/non-holiday $350/night– weekends/holidays
	Cancellation Policy: Cinque Terre is a private retreat, and when we reserve your dates, we have to turn away other possible reservations. As a private retreat, unlike a hotel, we may not be able to fill cancellations. Upon your notice of cancellation, we will try to re-book your dates, but if we are unable to replace your reservation, we will only be able to refund the amount for any portion of the days re-booked, if any. If you do not check in on the first day of your booking, your initial deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the full amount due. If necessary, we reserve the right to cancel this reservation for any reason and will give tenant as much notice as possible. Receipt of this email is your notice and complicit acceptance of this policy. Your understanding and compliance with this policy is greatly appreciated.
