POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Winter Rates: November 15-March 31st are $150-195.00 a night with a two night minimum, or $1,000 to $1,200 for a weekly rate. Summer Rates: April 1st-November 14th are $250-295.00 with a two night minimum, or weekly rates at $1600.00-$1,800.00. A refundable deposit of $250.00* plus (see below) are due on reservation acceptance and returned one week after the visit. Deposits are as follows: Four people $350. We also charge a 9% lodging tax and a $75.00 cleaning fee on all stays. A one day stay is available at $300.00 a night.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are 100% refundable, if canceled within 60 days a stay.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. Check in time is 3:00 and checkout time is 11:00. Holidays require a three night minimum or two days with extra fees. Additional charges for parties in the house...no more than 6 people are allowed to sleep over at any time. Parking is limited to nine cars and there is no street parking. Pet allowed with a refundable $500.00 deposit. Per day fee for approved pets is $50.00 per day.
