POLICIES :

	Payment Policy:  A refundable deposit of $350.00* plus (see below) are due on reservation acceptance and returned one week after the visit. Deposits are as follows: Four people $350... each additional person, up to eight, $75.00 each. We also charge a 9% lodging tax and a $75.00 cleaning fee on all stays.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are 100% refundable, if canceled within 60 days a stay
	Rules: No parties all outside activities must end by 10:00 pm...inside no imit.
	Check In Time: 3:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM Time Zone: Pacific
